FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How much revenue can I expect to make?
ANSWER

Your profit depends on how many classes you decide to offer per week, and how many students you have in each class. Our Start-up Package includes a Sales Planning Worksheet to help you determine how many students you will need and how much you should charge per student to make the desired profit.

Following are some sample revenue scenarios:

  • An individual holds classes in their home or at local recreation center and offers 4 classes a week. 4 students register for each class for a total of 16 students. At a price of $125 per student, net revenue after material costs for the 6-week session is $1,760. (If classes are held outside the home, additional expenses may be incurred to rent space).

  • A sewing studio with existing classroom offers 6 classes a week and hires 3 instructors for each class. Enrollment averages 9 students per class, at a price of $150 per student. After material and labor costs, net revenue for the 6-week session is $4,590.

What is my initial investment to become a Member?

Once approved, applicants pay an Registration Fee which depends on the type of License desired (Home-Use or Business). New Members then purchase the Start-Up Package and Level 1: Unit 1 Content which contain sufficient content for the first few months of your Program.

Initial investment Cost

License Type Registration Fee Start-up Package Level 1: Unit 1 Content Total Initial Investment
Home-Use $50 $99 $75 $224
Business-Use $85 $99 $75 $259
Are there any additional investments needed to continue or grow my Program?

Members pay a small, fixed Monthly Licensing Fee for continued membership in the Program. We do not collect any royalties in addition to this Fee – you keep ALL your profit!

Members purchase additional content as needed to grow their Program. All content, once purchased, can be reused for an unlimited number of students as long as your Monthly Licensing Fee payments are current.

For example, once you’ve purchased the Level 1: Unit 1 Content, you can use it for all new students who come into your Program. But as existing students near completion of Level 1: Unit 1, you must purchase the Unit 2 content for their next session of classes. You purchase additional content only for students who are continuing in the program and moving to the next level.

Business-Use $49
